STEP ONE

Buy & Promote

Buy either our Collect only (£29.00) or Collect+Edit (£299.00).

You will receive an email containing a unique-to-your event print ready QR code and web address to promote to your guests by email, social media, invites and on the day with posters and table place cards.

STEP TWO

Scan the QR Code or use the link

Before, during or after your event, your guests simply scan the QR code, or enter the website address, where they will then be prompted to enter their name and email address*.

*We respect privacy - your guests details will be deleted after the upload deadline.

STEP THREE

The Guest Upload

It’s easy to upload. After your event, we'll send an upload request to your registered guests, prompting them to upload their videos and photos from their own libraries on their smart phones or from their desktop computers.

After the deadline, with our Collect only package, we’ll return your guests' videos and photos in the original high quality format back to you within 2–3 days.

With our Collect+Edit package, we’ll creatively edit all videos and photos supplied, adding titles and music of your choice. You’ll then receive your completed video within 14 days so you can relive your event in a wonderful way for years to come.
